Spear Transport LLC is seeking a Logistics Account Manager to oversee and optimize client accounts within our transportation and logistics operations. You will coordinate between clients, carriers, and internal teams to deliver excellent service, negotiate rates, and drive customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years in logistics/account management, strong communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with TMS and MS Office.

Formación

• 2–3+ years in transportation, logistics, or account management.
• Experience in managing produce transportation.
• Knowledge of transportation modes (LTL, FTL, intermodal).
• Proficiency with TMS and MS Office.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain client relationships and a book of business.
• Coordinate daily transportation activities including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking.
• Analyze transportation data and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Proactively resolve client service issues and escalate when needed.
• Identify process improvements to enhance service and efficiency.
