Job summary

Fusion Transport seeks an Account Manager to manage daily customer relationships on-site in Summerville, SC. You will coordinate with operations and carriers, monitor shipments, resolve issues, and ensure service commitments and metrics are met.

You will analyze account performance, prepare reports for reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement customer-specific solutions while maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage customer accounts and provide proactive service.
• Familiarity with logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, and professional presentation.
• Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize multiple accounts.
• Comfort with data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets or TMS.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing needs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in account management or sales support; degree in business/logistics is beneficial.
