You will work closely with operations and sales to develop strategies, respond to inquiries, and ensure accurate order processing, timely pickups, and cost-effective shipments while maintaining top-level customer service and data integrity.

• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery times and update shipment status.
• Enter and verify charges; ensure billing accuracy.
• Meet or exceed Account Management KPIs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline.
