Job summary

Hogan Transportation, part of the Enterprise Mobility portfolio, is seeking an Account Manager to oversee daily operations and performance of logistics accounts. You will manage load acceptance, client communications, and account optimization to drive customer success and KPI attainment.

The role requires coordinating with Sales to onboard new clients, negotiating freight opportunities, and ensuring accurate documentation in the TMS.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in 3PL, logistics or transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with Transportation Management System (TMS) platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong client relationships with a clear understanding of client business needs and industry trends.
• Partner with Sales to onboard new clients and ensure seamless account setup and integration.
• Quote and negotiate freight opportunities with existing clients, including use of spot boards.
• Manage load planning, scheduling, and updates within the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Schedule client appointments through TMS web portals and ensure accurate documentation.
• Track and trace shipments to monitor performance and resolve issues.
• Conduct quarterly or annual business reviews tailored to client needs.
• Support Accounts Receivable by monitoring customer payment terms and assisting with collections.
• Maintain visibility into growth opportunities by monitoring client spend, volume, and share of wallet.
• Collaborate within a team environment and provide support to colleagues.
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
