Job summary

Uber Freight in Rogers, AR is seeking an experienced Account Manager to build and nurture long-term relationships with a select portfolio of high-value logistics clients. You will be the main point of contact to understand needs, offer tailored freight solutions, and drive revenue by identifying growth opportunities.

You'll coordinate with operations, customer service, and finance to ensure on-time delivery, monitor KPIs, manage contracts and renewals, and optimize load bookings and carrier

Qualifications

2 years in account management within transportation or similarly complex logistics

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain trust-based relationships with shippers and receivers
Understand market trends to offer pricing and identify upsell opportunities
