Job summary

ODW Logistics is a people-focused 3PL provider delivering end-to-end supply chain solutions. The Account Manager will oversee customer accounts, act as the primary contact, and build strong relationships with clients and internal partners to drive growth and mutual success.

The role emphasizes proactive client engagement, exceptional service, accurate forecasting, and collaboration with leadership to safeguard assets and improve profitability across all transportation modes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/work experience preferred.
• 1+ year(s) of account management experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to mid-sized customer accounts.
• Compare revenue/profit for forecasting.
• Provide pricing to customers for all modes of transportation.
• Develop an extensive knowledge of all ODW Transportation Management service offerings.
• Offer solutions for support needs in QBR process and other customer presentations.
• Oversee any after-hours customer issues or urgent requests, both internal and external.
• Prepare and present monthly budget reports and communicate with team leader on sales, profit, number of orders, and changes in customer communication.
• Create and maintain customer profiles for each managed account.
• Assist with customer onboarding.
• Identify potential risk and develop mitigation strategies in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement safeguards to protect company assets and improve profitability.
• All other duties as assigned.
