Best Logistics Group in Durham, NC is seeking an Account Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of shipments for a growing book of business. You will collaborate with carrier partners and shippers to ensure on-time pickup, safe transport, and accurate pricing using industry-leading technology.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation and building a client portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation to build a portfolio of clients through industry-leading technology
• Function as the liaison between clients, carriers, shippers, and receivers

• Manage movement of the client's goods, ensuring that they are picked up, transported safely and delivered on time to the client's expectations
• Using industry-leading technology to provide market competitive pricing for customer shipments
• Collaborate with team members on pricing strategies and solution decisions
