Job summary

RXO Inc. is hiring an Account Executive in North Charleston, SC to drive new business and manage customer relationships. You will search for leads, develop opportunities, and negotiate rates to win load volume while ensuring service quality and RXO brand integrity.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years in sales plus 2 years in transportation or 3PL. A fast-paced, team-driven environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of professional sales experience.
• 2 years of experience in transportation or Third-Party Logistics (3PL).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads through trusted sources and cold calling to secure sales and load volume.
• Negotiate with customers to secure profitable rates and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop understanding of rates, carriers, load capacities, equipment types, etc.
• Collaborate with team to secure terms of sale and carrier assignments.
• Maintain shipment integrity by following RXO procedures and updating records.
