Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking a Lead Account Manager in Client Services to coordinate with site leadership and support home delivery services. You will monitor deliveries, manage contract carriers, and optimize routes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years in logistics, experience with inventory control, and a relevant bachelor’s degree; strong MS Office proficiency is expected. Travel to multiple sites may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with site leadership to support home delivery services and monitor on-time deliveries.
• Build efficient delivery routes using route planning software and dispatch contract carriers.
• Address issues across the day and adjust routes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Manage carrier expectations, scheduling, and inventory coordination with Operations.
• Coach dispatch and warehouse staff to exceed customer expectations and travel to sites as needed.
