Job summary

RXO, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive for Bounce Logistics to drive new business and meet personal sales targets. You will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities in North America, focusing on load volumes and profitable rates.

You'll negotiate with shippers and carriers, build industry knowledge, and collaborate with teammates to secure terms of sale while maintaining RXO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of professional sales experience.
• 2 years of experience in transportation or Third-Party Logistics (3PL).

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop leads through trusted sources and cold calling to secure sales and load volume.
• Negotiate rates with customers to secure profitable deals and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop a deep understanding of rates, carriers, load capacities, and equipment types.
• Collaborate with team to secure terms of sale, including carrier identification and equipment use.
• Follow procedures to ensure shipment integrity and RXO brand.
• Update internal tracking systems daily to maintain accurate sales and volume metrics.
