Job summary

Landmark of Momence in Illinois is seeking a full-time Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility, ensuring exceptional resident care and sound business decisions.

The LNHA acts as the director of the facility, upholding regulatory compliance, fostering teamwork, managing budgets, and guiding staff to deliver compassionate service while meeting performance goals. Qualified candidates bring proven leadership and CQI excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Able to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
• Relate positively and favorably to residents, families and outside agencies.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Capable of performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Related administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operation of the facility in accord with resident needs, regulations and company policies to balance care quality with business objectives.
• Plan facility operations with management staff, monitor departments, provide feedback, and coach staff as needed.
• Conduct rounds to monitor care quality, cleanliness, staff morale and resident needs.
• Ensure interdepartmental teamwork and effective use of consultants and support resources.
• Maintain budgets and sound financial practices, and oversee resources and procurement.
• Develop positive relationships with regulators, families and the community.
