Job summary

Elevate Care Corporate Office in Illinois seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead one of our skilled nursing facilities. You’ll oversee all facility operations, ensure high-quality care, and maintain regulatory compliance.

As Administrator, you’ll direct daily operations, support department heads, manage budgets, drive quality initiatives, and foster a positive workplace culture for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Deep understanding of state and federal regulatory guidelines.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for improving the lives of residents and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Lead and support department heads and interdisciplinary teams.
