Longterm Health Management Services seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility in Pontiac, Illinois. The LNHA will drive operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff engagement to deliver high-quality resident care.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, resident-focused leader with strong knowledge of SNF operations, regulatory standards, and a commitment to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Illinois Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field preferred.
• Prior leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal and Illinois long-term care regulations and survey processes.
• Experience with census development, budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement.
• Ability to lead and develop teams in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the skilled nursing facility and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Maintain compliance with federal and IDPH regulations.
• Oversee budgets, census development, and financial performance.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain staff.
• Prepare for surveys, audits, and regulatory reviews.
