Legacy Healthcare seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to provide overall leadership for a skilled nursing facility in Peoria, IL. You will drive regulatory compliance, financial performance, and high-quality resident care while leading an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Must hold a current and unrestricted LNHA license in the applicable state.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, nursing, or related field preferred.
Previous leadership experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, post-acute care, or related healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership and day-to-day operational management of the nursing facility.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including CMS, state DPHealth, and licensing requirements.
Maintain a strong culture of resident-centered care, safety, dignity, and quality.
Lead and support department directors, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams.
Monitor clinical, operational, staffing, and quality metrics and implement corrective actions.
