Qualifications

• Current LNHA license in the state of employment.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing Home Administration, Business Administration, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of two years of healthcare leadership or long-term care experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage facility operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Skilled Nursing Facility while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Serve as the facility's Compliance Officer, promoting ethical practices and regulatory readiness.
• Lead, mentor, and support department managers to achieve operational, financial, and clinical goals.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care and meet quality and performance standards.
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, surveys, plans of correction, licensing requirements, and regulatory documentation.
