Job summary
Allure HCS in Illinois seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility. This role requires a compassionate, results-driven leader who champions clinical excellence, staff engagement, and regulatory compliance while delivering an exceptional experience for residents and families.
The LNHA will work with department leaders, physicians, residents, and families to ensure high-quality care, strong safety, and financial stewardship, while maintaining regulatory
Qualifications
- Current, active LNHA license.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Knowledge of nursing facility operations and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide strong, visible leadership for the facility and interdisciplinary team.
- Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, teamwork, respect, and engagement.
- Drive quality of care, resident outcomes, safety, and quality improvement.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness across federal and state requirements.
- Oversee operations and financial management with resource stewardship.
- Develop positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners.
