Job summary

Haemonetics Corp is seeking an Learning Management System (LMS) Manager to set strategy for evolving the LMS and its use across the organization. The role is based in Boston and follows a hybrid work model with 3 days onsite at our headquarters.

The incumbent will own governance, reporting, content, and course assignments, coordinate with stakeholders, and lead integrations and audits to ensure data integrity and effective learning programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years managing enterprise LMS (Cornerstone OnDemand) in regulated environment.
• Experience with compliance training, audits, validation and quality system integration.
• Experience developing LMS strategy, governance, roadmaps, and continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO, GxP or equivalent standards.

Responsibilities

• Own the global Learning Management System strategy, roadmap, and administration, including LMS operational activities.
• Lead deployment of corporate, compliance, regulatory, and quality training initiatives through the LMS.
• Serve as implementation lead for new and existing compliance training technologies, tools, integrations, and system enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, define user stories, and prioritize LMS projects and improvements.
• Establish LMS governance, standards, and documentation to ensure catalog accuracy and effective system support.
• Ensure course content and system functionality are tested across supported browsers and OS, including UAT.
• Maintain LMS data feeds and system integrations for data accuracy and reliable reporting.
• Manage compliance training communications, reporting, KPI deliverables, training matrices, course assignments, and approvals.
• Provide LMS guidance, training, and support to users, admins, global units and subsidiaries.
• Monitor LMS issues and trends through case management data and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Support LMS audit readiness and represent LMS during audits.
