Job summary

Haemonetics is seeking an LMS Manager to shape strategy and governance for the global Learning Management System. You’ll lead content, reporting, and compliance initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams on requirements and deployments.

The role requires 7+ years with enterprise LMS in regulated settings, strong analytics, and audit readiness. Boston HQ supports a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years managing enterprise LMS in regulated environments.
• Experience with LMS governance, reporting, and audits.
• Strong understanding of quality systems and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Own LMS strategy, roadmap, and administration globally.
• Lead deployment of training initiatives via the LMS.
• Serve as implementation lead for training technologies and integrations.
• Define requirements, user stories, and prioritize LMS projects.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and reporting across platforms.
• Provide LMS training and support to global teams.
• Monitor issues, drive continuous improvement, and support audits.
• Manage training communications, reporting, matrices, and approvals.
• Provide LMS training and support to global users and admins.
• Monitor issues and drive continuous improvement from data trends.
• Support audit readiness and participate in audits.
