Ballard Spahr LLP, a premier national law firm, seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to support Litigation practices including Antitrust, Securities Litigation, White Collar, and Government Affairs. You will partner with leadership to develop and execute BD strategies, strengthen client relationships, and drive growth across the firm.

This hybrid role requires strategic thinkers who can manage budgets, lead events, craft messaging, and coach teams to win new business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years in professional services marketing.
• Experience in legal marketing and business development highly valued.
• Strong written and verbal communication; excellent editing and project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead efforts to identify relationships and build awareness of firm capabilities with practice and industry organizations.
• Promote the firm's services while aligning efforts with clients’ objectives.
• Maintain a rolling pipeline of opportunities and help attorneys achieve targets.
