Job summary

WAC Lighting is seeking a results-driven Sales Support Specialist to drive revenue growth across its channels. You will partner with outside sales reps, distributors, contractors, architects, designers, and project stakeholders to uncover opportunities, support product adoption, and strengthen the customer experience.

In this role you’ll manage inquiries, quote requests, and orders, while coordinating with Engineering, Quotations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling electronics-related products.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, or Zendesk.
• Willingness to travel to trade shows and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for customers, distributors, and sales reps.
• Respond to inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Build relationships that drive customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Support customers through the project and order lifecycle.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and support product launches.
• Drive leads and opportunities through CRM tools.
