Job summary

Current Lighting is seeking a proactive Sales Support Professional to assist agents, distributors, and major accounts. This remote role connects Sales, Supply Chain, Pricing, Brand Management, Finance, and Customer Service to coordinate quotations, forecasts, inventory, and post-sale resolution.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, cross‑functional environment, is highly organized, and skilled at maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, Marketing, or related field; substantial experience may count in lieu of degree.
• 2–5 years in customer support, sales operations, inside sales, account coordination, project management, or order management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple customer needs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Build direct relationships with assigned National, Strategic, and Key Accounts.
• Coordinate with agents, distributors, contractors, architects, rebate providers, and internal teams.
• Manage projects from quotation through shipment, invoicing, installation, and post-sale support.
• Maintain accurate project information, forecasts, and account activity using Salesforce and other tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across Sales, Supply Chain, Pricing, Brand Management, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Support pre-sale forecasting and coordinate inventory and delivery requirements.
