Responsibilities

• Manage program maintenance, updates, and launches on time and within scope.
• Monitor funding for accounts and ensure POs are billed.
• Review claims, tickets, and ensure no delays.
• Maintain trackers and ServiceNow tickets and LOE forms.
• Coordinate escalation approvals and communications.
