Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in channel sales or related roles.
• Ability to understand and communicate scientific concepts and terminology.
• Familiarity with biotechnology, life sciences, or related environments.
• Experience engaging with research labs, academic institutions, or scientific customers.

Responsibilities

• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and channel enablement programs.
• Ensure channel partner compliance with policies and contracts.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and business plans using CRM and BI tools.
• Develop and execute channel sales strategies to hit revenue and market share goals.
• Identify, recruit, onboard, and support distribution partners and resellers.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and scientific meetings.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to internal teams.
• Lead business reviews with partners to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive revenue growth through consultative selling and expansion of partner relationships.
