Scientific Search is seeking a Life Sciences Channel Sales Manager to lead distributor partnerships in the Greater Cleveland, OH area. You will design and execute channel strategies, recruit partners, and manage joint plans to grow revenue and market share.

The role requires a strong track record in strategic distributor relationships and channel program management, with experience in complex, multi-stakeholder solution selling across biotech and life sciences markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biological Sciences, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA or advanced scientific degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute channel strategies that drive revenue and market share.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow distributors, resellers, and strategic partners.
• Create joint business plans, demand-generation programs, and sales strategies.
• Lead pricing, contract, rebate, and partnership negotiations.
• Manage forecasts, pipelines, performance metrics, and partner reviews.
