A leading provider in life sciences seeks a Director of Sales to drive revenue growth in custom reagent services and catalog product lines. In this key role, you will develop sales strategies with executives and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate has a strong technical sales background and experience within the biopharma sector. This position requires on-site presence when not traveling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful leadership coaching and managing a direct sales team in Life Sciences.
• Proven experience in the biopharmaceutical market and understanding of CRO/CDMO landscape.
• Ability to travel up to 50% when not in office.
