Job summary

Sciens Building Solutions in the United States is seeking a Key Accounts Representative for our fire and life safety business. You will grow the business by managing and expanding relationships with existing clients and end-users through upgrades, additions, renovations and retrofit projects in your territory.

You will conduct needs assessments, develop sales proposals, and present solutions while maintaining forecast accuracy and achieving annual quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience achieving/exceeding sales quotas (2–5 years).
• Knowledge of fire alarm, low voltage and life safety systems is a plus.
• NICET certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and schedule sales calls.
• Achieve order intake and gross margin goals.
• Meet annual quota with ramp-up period.
• Develop proposals, estimates, specifications and presentations.
• Provide accurate forecast of activity and potential sales.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, legal and other resources to close sales.
