Star Fire is a Long Island–based fire and life safety company seeking an Account Manager to steward and expand strategic institutional accounts and grow service revenue. You will serve as the trusted advisor and primary contact for key clients, ensuring outstanding service and long-term relationships.

In this role you will coordinate the technical, project management, service, and office teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Retain and expand recurring inspection, testing, service, and project revenue across an assigned book of strategic accounts.
• Coordinate Star Fire’s technical, project management, service, and office teams around each client’s needs.
• Develop new relationships with general and electrical contractors on Long Island to position Star Fire as their subcontractor of choice for retrofit and new installations.
