Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, FP&A, retail planning, or a related role.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial modeling, and variance analysis experience required.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and data streams simultaneously.
• Clear communicator who can partner cross-functionally.
• Retail planning or apparel licensing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, projections & financial planning: Own and maintain short- and long-range forecasts by brand, retailer, category, and contract term.
• Performance analysis & modeling: Analyze actual vs forecast, translate insights to leadership, support budgeting and long-range planning.
• Reporting & cross-functional support: Prepare forecast updates and financial reporting; align with Sales, Production, and Operations.
• Ad-hoc analysis: Lead special analyses for new launches, programs, and strategic initiatives.
