Job summary

The Lumistella Company in Atlanta, GA seeks a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead forecasting, budgeting, and decision support for licensing and sales. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in FP&A or related finance roles, strong analytical and modeling skills, and experience with Anaplan or similar planning tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A, business analysis, or related finance disciplines.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience presenting information to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting processes.
• Support annual budgeting process.
• Develop accurate forecasts for product and licensing revenue, gross margin, and operating expenses.
• Analyze results, identify drivers, and communicate risks and opportunities to finance leadership.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and planning discipline in a seasonal business environment.
• Support KPI development and financial planning governance.
• Partner with FP&A leadership to strengthen planning methodologies and reporting.
