Qualifikationen

• Bachelors Degree required, in Accounting or Finance.
• 7+ years finance experience, 3+ years agency experience.
• Agency experience strongly desired.
• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills and adept at communicating across all levels.
• Great presentation and delivery skills; comfortable in meetings and conference calls.
• Ability to perform well in fast changing environments.
• Strong work ethic, highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrated leadership with a people-management approach.

Aufgaben

• Partner closely with senior account leads and ops/resourcing to monitor the financial health of assigned accounts, have commercial discussions with clients, and track progress towards meeting and exceeding financial targets.
• Collaborate with account leads and ops/resourcing to create staff plans for annual SOWs.
• Take part in the negotiation process for client contracts or proposals, ensuring terms align with agency interests.
• Take part in the negotiation process for key vendor contracts or proposals, ensuring terms align with agency interests.
• Monitor, discuss, and analyze revenue forecasts to develop an accurate view of risks and opportunities against targets.
• Analyze and share monthly financial metrics such as revenue forecasts, labor costs, client expenses, margin, utilization, and realization.
• Review financial results during monthly closes, focusing on revenue recognition and potential write-offs.
• Provide variance analysis between forecasts and actuals.
• Manage monthly/quarterly/ad hoc client and IPG reporting requirements (retainer burn, deliverables tracking across workstreams).
• Assist in managing and tracking client staffing budgets across disciplines.
• Assist in reviewing and approving freelance requests while tracking monthly freelance budgets and accruals.
• Management and development of 1 direct report with a focus on performance and development.
• Improve financial knowledge across disciplines by leading training sessions.
• Support Momentum’s values.
• All other duties as required.
