Job summary

Paramount is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to support the licensed business across categories. You will assist with contract administration, coordinate key meetings, and help with marketing needs and routing. This role requires strong organization, communication, and collaboration with internal teams and licensees.

You will craft presentations, retrieve reports, and support quarterly revenue forecasting while contributing to Paramount’s iconic portfolio of brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 1+ years in licensing, marketing, or business administration.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data collection and basic financial analysis for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day licensing needs and strategic category goals.
• Coordinate contract reviews, approvals, and business meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with licensees to gather feedback and drive product innovation.
• Assist with revenue forecasting, reporting, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Prepare materials for presentations including franchise overviews and success stories.
