Jenner & Block LLP, a leading national law firm, seeks a Legal Recruiting Specialist in San Francisco to lead attorney recruitment and onboarding for the office. The role emphasizes collaboration with practice groups, partners, and the Talent Team to attract top-tier lawyers and shape staffing strategy.

While a legal recruiting background is preferred, qualified candidates from related professional services can apply.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
Minimum 4 years in recruitment or related roles, preferably in law or professional services.
Ability to build relationships across all levels and handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

Drive attorney recruiting in San Francisco, including sourcing, on-campus recruiting, interviews, communications, and onboarding.
Partner with senior management and practice groups to develop hiring strategies and ensure candidate experience.
Oversee the summer associate program, including training, assignments, evaluations, and events.
Manage recruiting budget and ATS; analyze data for reporting and benchmarking.
Mentor team members and contribute to firmwide initiatives.
