Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience (internships counted).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is required.
• Experience in a law firm, professional services, or staffing agency preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain discretion.

Responsibilities

• Discuss hiring needs and position requirements with managers for all assigned roles.
• Draft or edit job descriptions with the hiring administrator or manager.
• Partner with hiring managers to deliver a positive recruiting experience.
• Source and advertise open positions through legal associations, job boards, and search firms.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens and interviews to assess fit.
• Schedule interviews, gather feedback, and document processes.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records with accuracy.
• Assist with the staff intern program, including recruiting and orientation.
• Extend offers upon approval and participate in onboarding.
• Produce recruiting updates and recruitment reports.
• Represent the firm at recruitment events and roundtables.
