Job summary

Goodwin Procter San Francisco is seeking a Manager of Legal Recruiting to lead sourcing and hiring for summer and lateral associates across practice areas, reporting to the Senior Manager, Legal Recruiting. You will partner with office leaders to develop pipelines, oversee onboarding, and drive inclusive recruitment practices.

The role requires 5–7 years of direct recruiting experience in a law firm or equivalent, with strong communication, organizational, and strategic skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 5-7 years of direct recruiting experience.
• Strong client-service approach and excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple assignments and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing/hiring strategies for summer and lateral associates.
• Collaborate with business units to build candidate pipelines and growth initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding, integration, and coordination of candidates with practice groups.
• Maintain relationships with search firms and internal stakeholders to promote inclusive recruitment.
