Fujifilm Holdings America Corporation in Olympia, WA is seeking a Leave of Absence Manager to oversee enterprise-wide leave and accommodation programs, ensuring compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and state laws. You will design scalable processes, manage vendors, and partner with HR, payroll and legal teams.

This senior role requires 10+ years in benefits/leave management, strong leadership, and expert use of HRIS and leave management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• 10+ years of progressive benefits experience, including at least 7 years in leave management, leave administration, and HR operations, with leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in federal and state disability and leave laws (FMLA, ADA, PWFA, etc.).
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and ability to train management on absence policies.
• Proficiency with HR management platforms and leave case management systems.

Responsabilités

• Design and maintain scalable leave processes and compliance controls enterprise-wide.
• Manage day-to-day operations of leave analysts and third-party administrators; monitor performance and data integrity.
• Oversee end-to-end leave processes including medical, family, military, and personal leaves.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, PWFA and related regulations.
• Serve as subject matter expert on leave policies and complex regulatory issues; collaborate with HR and Legal.
• Review and update policies to reflect laws and best practices.
• Conduct audits of leave and accommodations and implement improvements.
• Develop and deliver enterprise training on leave policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and legal teams to ensure seamless processing of leaves and benefits.
• Provide data-driven reporting to leadership and monitor trends and risks.
