Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of leasing management experience required.
• Proficient in internet, word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
• Strong proficiency with property management software (Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Oversee on-site traffic, inventory of ready apartments, pricing and concessions.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and leases.
• Create print and internet advertising strategies and use PM software for reporting.
• Supervise leasing team and manage performance per company policies.
• Review reports to identify issues affecting leasing performance and present findings.
