Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee marketing, advertising, sales activities, and the leasing team to hit occupancy and revenue targets. You will manage on-site traffic, pricing, concessions, and reporting using the property management system.

You will drive creative advertising, maintain ready-unit merchandising, and guide the leasing process from prospecting to lease execution, aligning with company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in property leasing or rental advertising.

Responsibilities

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Oversees on-site traffic, pricing, concessions, and leasing incentives to boost leases.
• Develops print and internet advertising strategies and uses PMS to generate reports.
• Inspects units for marketability and creates mini-models to promote the community.
• Leads leasing process including traffic, showing apartments, qualifying prospects and executing leases.
