Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks an experienced leasing and marketing leader for its on-site community teams. You will direct the community’s marketing, advertising, and sales activities, supervise leasing staff, and work to hit revenue, occupancy, and retention goals.

You’ll analyze market trends, adjust pricing and promotions, and ensure a high standard of apartment presentation. You will collaborate with maintenance and operations to maintain property standards, train staff, and sponsor lease

Qualifications

• Experience directing on-site marketing and leasing efforts in multifamily housing.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adjust pricing/concessions.
• Proven track record of meeting revenue and occupancy goals.

Responsibilities

• Directs community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities.
• Oversees leasing team performance and training.
• Monitors occupancy, traffic, and leasing metrics; presents results to owners/managers.
• Works with maintenance to ensure property standards and visibility of amenities.
• Leads lease renewals and resident communications.
