Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a senior leasing and marketing leader to drive revenue, occupancy and resident satisfaction across on-site teams. You will oversee leasing agents, implement pricing strategies, and coordinate advertising campaigns to maximize traffic and leases.

The role requires hands-on leasing activity, reporting, and collaboration with maintenance to ensure property standards and marketability of units.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license to drive golf carts on property.
• Experience directing leasing and marketing activities to meet occupancy goals.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and adjust pricing, concessions and advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

• Direct marketing, advertising and sales activities to hit revenue and occupancy targets.
• Develop short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Create and manage print and internet advertising and reporting.
