Greystar is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee the community’s marketing, advertising and sales activities, driving occupancy and revenue. You will direct on-site traffic, manage inventory of ready apartments, set pricing and concessions, and monitor day-to-day leasing operations.

You will develop marketing plans, collaborate with maintenance to ensure a market-ready property, and guide the leasing process from prospecting to move-in.

• Oversee the community's marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Direct on-site traffic and manage the inventory of ready apartments, pricing and concessions, and day-to-day leasing activities.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and boost traffic and leases.
• Work with maintenance to ensure the property looks its best and is sale-ready, including staging and merchandising of apartments.
• Lead the leasing process from prospecting to lease signing and move-in, following company policies.
• Review financial and traffic reports to identify issues and present strategies to clients, owners and managers.
• Oversee lease renewals and related communications, supporting resident move-outs as needed.
• Supervise and develop the leasing team, including hiring, onboarding and performance management.
