Harbor Group Management seeks a Leasing Specialist for a multi-family community in Marietta, GA. You will show apartments, qualify leads, process applications, and coordinate move-ins while supporting the Property Manager.

You will design promotional plans, manage digital listings, maintain records in Yardi/OneSite, and assist with renewals and rent collection to sustain occupancy and financial performance.

Qualifications

• One year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; property management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Qualify leads, process applications, run background/credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate items with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages for new residents.
• Design and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Promote the community on digital platforms (Craigslist, Facebook, email).
• Coordinate referrals, employer outreach, and local networking.
