Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company seeks a dedicated Leasing Specialist in Atlanta to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction through apartment showings, leasing processes, and coordinated marketing efforts.

You will support the Property Manager, conduct tours, qualify leads, process applications, and manage lease renewals while maintaining knowledge of market conditions and competitor pricing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year leasing/sales/customer service; property management experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; property management software experience required.
• Experience utilizing social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be customer-service oriented with professional interactions with residents and vendors.
• Flexibility to work weekends if required by the property.
• Valid driver’s license for golf carts if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase apartments.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, run background and credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Ensure units are move-in ready by inspecting them and coordinating with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Design and implement marketing plans to generate traffic and maintain occupancy.
• Promote the community via digital platforms and email campaigns.
• Coordinate resident referral programs and employer outreach.
