Job summary

Harbor Group Management is seeking a Leasing Specialist for a multi-family community in Atlanta. You will show and lease apartments, qualify leads, process applications, and coordinate marketing initiatives to keep occupancy high. You will work with the Property Manager to maintain move-in readiness, perform background checks, and use Yardi/OneSite for records.

This role requires Microsoft Office proficiency and strong customer service skills. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; property management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and showcase apartments and amenities.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, perform background/credit checks, and prepare leases.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Execute leases and move-in packages; assist with renewals.
• Design and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Promote the community via digital platforms and email campaigns.
• Coordinate referrals, employer outreach, and local networking.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, rental rates, and trends.
• Support retention with responsive customer service and timely follow-up.
• Keep records in property management software and manage guest cards.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquent accounts; support admin tasks.
• Ensure leasing office and tour path are presentable at all times.
