Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in sales, marketing, internet and customer service preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi) and internet marketing.

Responsibilities

• Lease to new residents and secure renewals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications.
• Coordinate onboarding, move-in, and resident satisfaction.
• Design and implement marketing plans to boost occupancy.
• Maintain show units and office readiness.
