You will work with the on-site team to implement marketing plans, manage leasing activities, and ensure resident satisfaction throughout the lease term, including renewal campaigns and timely communications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face; conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications; run credit and background checks; prepare lease packages.
• Coordinate move-in; ensure smooth lease signing and documentation.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in; coordinate with maintenance for repairs.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design offsite marketing activities and employer outreach programs; use internet tools.
• Follow up with prospects to finalize leases or renewals; maintain relationships.
