Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing and renewal strategies. You will drive occupancy, revenue and resident retention by managing tours, applications, credit checks, and move-ins, while maintaining show units and marketing corridors.

You will collaborate with an on-site team to develop short- and long-term marketing plans, respond to resident needs, and support lease renewals and landlord requirements with strong communication

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face to close leases.
• Coordinate marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy.
• Maintain resident satisfaction and lease renewals.
• Experience with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities
