Responsibilities

• Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates with maintenance for punch items.
• Develops and implements short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Designs offsite marketing activities and digital campaigns to drive traffic.
• Uses property management software (Entrata) to track availability and leasing activity.
• Executes lease renewals and prepares renewal letters and packages.
