Job summary

Gallery Residential is seeking a Marketing Representative to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies across our on-site team. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and help ensure a smooth move-in and lease signing while driving occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will design and execute marketing plans, stay informed about market conditions, manage relationships with residents and prospects, and support lease renewals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Employment history that demonstrates sales, marketing, internet and customer service background is relevant.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, perform credit screening and background checks, and prepare lease packages.
• Manage lease signings and move-ins to ensure a smooth resident experience.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Coordinate resident communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
