Mill Creek Residential seeks a Leasing Manager to guide the leasing team, set weekly/monthly goals, and drive customer-focused service across the community. You will coach consultants, monitor performance, and ensure a superior resident experience through effective sales and operations management.

Responsibilities include managing move-ins, renewals, and transfers, maintaining brand standards, and analyzing market data to stay competitive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience
• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Multifamily or related property management experience preferred
• Experience with Entrata, Yardi or similar systems
• Knowledge of market trends, rents and competition

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing team to meet occupancy goals and drive revenue
• Coach Leasing Consultants in sales, lead management, and customer service
• Oversee move-ins, renewals and transfers
• Maintain brand standards and merchandising across the community
• Analyze market surveys and communicate results to management
• Manage social media, listings, and daily postings to ensure accuracy
• Ensure compliance with policies and complete duties as assigned
