Job summary

Mill Creek Residential is seeking a Community Manager to drive financial performance, leasing excellence, and superior customer service at one or more communities. This role provides leadership for operations and maintenance teams, setting performance standards and coaching associates toward business outcomes.

You will manage budgets, pricing, occupancy strategies, and capital improvements in collaboration with the Service Manager, while ensuring compliance with brand standards and customer care

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of multi-family property management experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience.
• Commitment to outstanding customer service.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Manage financial aspects and budgeting for the community.
• Oversee leasing, pricing, and occupancy strategies.
• Coordinate maintenance and operations teams.
• Prepare monthly reports and provide executive summaries.
• Ensure compliance with Brand Standards and applicable laws.
• Address escalations and other duties as assigned.
